Our recently upgraded fitness center offers a refreshed environment with four new equipment additions, replaced mirrors, refinished floors, updated lighting in the racquetball courts, and new TVs for an enhanced workout experience. To ensure quality and reliability, all existing machines have been serviced and maintained. Open to all residents and their guests based on access levels, our fitness facilities are designed to support an active and healthy lifestyle within our vibrant community.

Woodhawk Amenities

Welcome to the Woodhawk Community Amenities Guide.

We’re proud to offer a variety of shared amenities designed to enhance your living experience at Woodhawk. Please take a moment to review the usage guidelines to ensure proper access based on your residence location.

Amenity Access by Residence:

Woodhawk I residents have access to all Master Association amenities, including the Master pool, clubhouse, gym and tennis courts.
Woodhawk II and Fox Hollow residents may use all Master amenities as well as the auxiliary pool located on Eagle Trace.

Amenity Agreement Requirements:

Woodhawk I residents must complete one agreement covering the Master amenities: the clubhouse, master pool, gym, and tennis courts.
Woodhawk II and Fox Hollow residents must complete two agreements: one for the clubhouse, master pool, gym, tennis courts, and another one for the auxiliary pool.

Party Room Access:

The party room is exclusively available to Woodhawk I, Woodhawk II and Fox Hollow residents and cannot be reserved by anyone outside the Fox Hollow community. To book the party room or any other reservable amenity, please visit Calendly and complete the required rental agreement.

Tennis Courts Update:

Plans to convert the tennis courts into a shared tennis and pickleball facility have been postponed due to budget limitations. As a result, the courts remain open for resident use at your own risk. Please be aware that the surface is uneven and may pose minor safety concerns.

Master Pool

The primary pool offers a refreshing space for relaxation and exercise. Recently enhanced with updated seating and landscaping, it is available to all residents and their guests. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

Woodhawk II Pool

A quieter alternative for residents to enjoy a more private swim. This pool has been upgraded with new furniture and maintenance improvements. It’s open to Woodhawk II and Fox Hollow residents and their guests based on access levels. No lifeguard is on duty.

Party Room

The clubhouse party room has been upgraded with new kitchen appliances and a modernized sink faucet, providing a better experience for your gatherings and events. It is open to all residents and their guests based on access levels.

Gym

Our fitness center has been recently refreshed with four new equipment additions, replaced mirrors, refinished floors in the racquetball courts, and serviced existing machines. It’s open to all residents and their guests based on access levels.

Master Pool

The Clubhouse Master Pool is open to all Woodhawk residents. Access can be obtained by submitting a form included in the Rules & Regulations, which also outline important access, safety, and usage guidelines for residents and their guests to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.
