Roof Replacement

Each year, we focus on repairing and replacing roofs, and this year, we will install five new roofs on condominiums that need special attention. Last winter was especially tough on all structures, and we hope these new roofs will improve comfort and enhance the overall experience for our homeowners.

Exterior Painting and Restoration

Woodhawk condominiums are cozy and well-designed. To preserve their appeal and keep the exterior walls in excellent condition, we are planning to complete painting and siding restoration during the upcoming warm season. The following buildings will be worked on: 402-412, 430-417, and 419-435. This project will help maintain a safe environment for our owners while enhancing the overall look and feel of our community.

Outdoor Libraries

We are excited to introduce outdoor libraries for the Woodhawk community! These small literature exchange boxes are a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. If you love reading, this is a great opportunity to share your passion and inspire others by placing books you’re excited to pass along in a community book deposit box.

Contractor Designated Parking

Parking rules help maintain order and convenience for our community members. With many events taking place in our neighborhood, parking regulations for contractors are essential for smooth project management and to ensure homeowners remain undisturbed and safe. That’s why we are planning to create designated parking areas for contractors and vendors.

Retaining Walls Reinforcement

Our midrise buildings require annual maintenance due to the seasonal temperature changes that can deteriorate surfaces, brick, and concrete. As part of our planned maintenance, we will repair cracks in the concrete, brick mortar, and retaining wall structure, as well as perform tuckpointing and alignment by the end of the warm season this year. We hope this work will help prolong the life of our buildings' façades and allow residents to continue enjoying the appearance of their homes.

Midrise Buildings Garage

We are making steady progress in numbering all parking spaces and storage units in the 100, 120, 140, and 160 Fox Hollow Ct. buildings, as well as updating ownership registration records. This initiative is essential for accurately identifying the ownership of all parking and storage spaces within our community. Your participation is vital in ensuring our records remain current and accurate.

Gym Lockers

Lockers in the Clubhouse gym are scheduled for repairs, with new locks being installed. Showers have already been serviced and are fully operational, toilet seats have been replaced, and saunas have been inspected to ensure they’re in proper working order.

Enhanced Security

Keeping our gated community secure is our top priority. Therefore, the master board is exploring options to enhance our video surveillance and gatehouse functionality. To better monitor incoming and outgoing traffic, additional cameras will be installed and monitored, ensuring all residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living experience at the Woodhawk Club community.
